Book: Little Book of Harmony: Nurturing Wellbeing Every Day!

The Little Book of Harmony is a much-loved resource used within my Kids in Harmony Wellbeing Trainings and values-based wellbeing experiences with children. 🤍

Inspired by the Harmony Cards for Kids, this beautifully illustrated book introduces children to 30 virtues and inner qualities through simple, meaningful language children can connect with, practice, and bring to life every day.

Created to support the power of values talk (conversations) in everyday life, this book helps children link what they do to why it matters; nurturing self-awareness, kindness, compassion, gratitude, respect, and positive relationships and communication along the way.

What I love most about values work is how naturally it supports strengths spotting; intentionally looking for what’s strong, not just what’s wrong. Through positive language and meaningful conversations, children begin recognising the good within themselves and others, helping nurture confidence, belonging and emotional wellbeing. ✨
